Returns/Exchanges

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. 

We at Pinkbee, have non-returnable policy except the cases where there is manufacturing defect/ damage of some sort, or the product is different from what you ordered.
Customers are requested to make a 360 degree Package opening video, highlighting the defect within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at pinkbee.in@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9815062264. 

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to inform us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. Please Note: Incase of exchange customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. 

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange. 

Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
